Sights:
- Around the Millenium Dome there are a lot of sculptures. Some of them are really good, such as Quantum Cloud by Anthony Gormley.
- O2 Arena hosts stadium-size concerts. The gigs are usually really expensive, but then again it is no surprise with big names like Radiohead.
- There is Emirates airline cable cart running from North Greenwich to Royal docks. The views are worth the trip.
- There is a pop music museum British Music Experience in O2 arena that delves into british pop history. Museum is made for MTV generation who have a concentration span of few seconds. A lot of short clips from live shows, interviews and famous items, such as performance costumes and old guitars. The best part of the museum is a room full of instruments from guitars to drums and from pianos to bass guitars. You can watch videos where musicians teach you how to play some songs they wrote.
- A ferry runs from North Greenwich to central London. You can use Oyster on the ferry and you get to see London from the Thames.
- Greenwich Peninsula Ecology Park is a piece of London as it would be without all the modern buildings and people. It shows the marshland that Greenwich peninsula used to be.
